to the Online Streaming Videos section of the website at NoWeightsWorkout!
These videos are the result of training with the NoWeightsWorkout
techniques, but are not taught in depth with the program.
These
short videos are not meant to impress you, but to impress upon
you the importance of fitness and muscle exercises, and show you
what your body can do when it is given the proper discipline and
training.

These
ancient exercises are time tested. They develop functional muscle.
They start developing the muscle from the bone, and work their
way out. They build the muscle from the interior, then the exterior.I
hope that you enjoy them! We will add more to the list as we continue
on......
All
it takes to develop this type of dynamic strength is consistency
and intensity. Do the exercises daily, the recuperation time is
minimal. Try working the same muscle group with weights on a daily
basis. The No Weights Workout are ancient exercises for modern
times. They can be done by all ages, and sexes. They can be done
sitting in a chair, even in a bathroom.
